"I am from the city of Cartagena in Colombia, South America. My city is a coastal city in the Caribbean Sea and when I first visited Privateer Place I found a place which was very similar to where I used to live. For me and my wife it was awesome to see Lake Pontchartrain every day from our balcony. Also it was very nice to walk along the lakeshore on weekends.
For us living at Privateer Place was very convenient. We just have to walk a few minutes to class and the environment is optimum for us to develop our academic activities and also socialize with our friends.

"I like the facilities offered at Privateer Place, especially the swimming pool. It provides the perfect relief from the heat of the New Orleans summer. It's location on the school campus makes Privateer Place convenient for students who do not own cars. Another positive is that utilities are included in the monthly rate. "
